Isaac’s Cares

Isaac’s Cares about our employees, customers and communities!  Check out what we’ve been doing!

Isaac’s Cares Without Bias

Since 1983 Isaac’s has unassumingly supported organizations and events that help people of every race, age, orientation or gender in our communities with donations and volunteering.  But quiet support is no longer enough.  We stand with every person who’s rights have been denied because of their race, orientation or gender.  We can all be the change together!  Isaac’s commits to doing even more to ensure equality in our company as well as out in our communities.

Isaac’s Cares For Hospitality Workers

A big “Thank You!” to our partners at Orrstown Bank and Gordon Food Services for helping us with our Isaac’s Cares For Hospitality Workers initiative!  Orrstown Bank donated $10,000 for us to purchase bulk grocery items at cost or below from Gordon Food Services.  Employees at 5 different Isaac’s locations assembled the items to make 200 meal kits that were distributed from April 22nd – May 6th to fellow co-workers and peers in the hospitality industry needing help due to being furloughed or losing their jobs because of the COVID-19 outbreak.  Each kit provided 28 meals (1 meal a day for a week for a family of four).   Thanks to everyone’s generosity and hard-work we were able to distribute 5,600 meals!

However, this crisis is far from over and there are people that still need assistance.  To learn more about how you can help, or if you are in need of food or other assistance, please visit www.feedingamerica.org
