Lebanon’s Draft List

We handcraft our beers at our Downtown Lancaster, Lebanon and Lemoyne breweries in the tradition that we’ve been making sandwiches since 1983.  We strive to brew great-tasting beers consistently, using the best ingredients!

1. Hartman’s HeroesOur eleventh batch of our German pilsner sadly coincides with ‘Hartman’ saying goodbye to Isaac’s after an impressive 30 year tenure. Hopped with Chinook and Hallertau Blanc. Have a pint and offer 3 cheers: Cheers to a colleague, Cheers to a veteran, and Cheers to a friend!   5.9% ABV

2. Big Flocker – The eighth batch of our popular dry-hopped double IPA. This juicy and dry, strong India Pale Ale is brewed with two-row American barley and hopped with Azacca, Cascade, and Zamba.   9.2% ABV   12 oz. pour

3. The Hoptimist Our new hazy IPA, brewed with white wheat, malted oats, and American two-row. Hopped with Citra, Amarillo and New Zealand hop Pacifica. Dry-hopped with Citra and Amarillo at different points in the fermentation process.   6.8% ABV

4. Don’t Be Jaded A sweet, thick, and moderately bitter American Stout brewed with chocolate malt, roasted barley, flaked oats, American two-row, various caramel malts, ad lactose. Hopped with Chinook and Pacifica.   6.0% ABV

5. Red Wit-ZardOur Belgian style witbier aged on sweet cherries. A hazy red brew crafted from Belgian wheat malt, flaked wheat and American two-row. Lightly hopped with Pacifica and Amarillo4.9% ABV

6. Uncle Johnny’s Vanilla Cinnamon Porter Our marketing director’s special recipe has its origins at Moo Duck Brewery, our friends in Elizabethtown. Hopped exclusively with Fuggle for a slight hop bite, this brew is then aged on whole cinnamon sticks and crushed Madagascar vanilla beans.   6.8% ABV

7. Itty Bitty Ditty – With a deep golden color and slight haze and notes of pine and navel orange, this itty bitty IPA packs a punch! No matter your IPA style, you’ll love this crushable session! Hopped with Bravo and El Dorado, plus an extra dry hop of Bravo.  5.3% ABV 

8. Queen Street FuegoOur take on the classic dry-finishing, bitter West Coast IPA. Hop lovers, look no further. Brewed with American two-row, hopped in the kettle and then heavily dry-hopped in the fermenter with Azacca, Cascade, and Zamba.   7.0% ABV

9. Knights Of The Rye Table An old-world rye beer (Roggenbier) with complexity, as Belgiany esters and a malty backbone partner to unleash a swirl of fruity and herbal notes on the palate and finishes with a light lingering spicy note. Brewed with rye, Pilsen, and specialty malts; and ‘hopped’ with heather tips and a light touch of Challenger and Bavarian Mandarina hops.  5.9% ABV

10. McIlyar’s Irish Dry Stout – Our malty Irish-style red ale is brewed with Maris Otter two-row barley from the United Kingdom, roasted barley and light biscuit malt. Lightly hopped with Golding and Willamette for a mild hop crispiness.   4.3% ABV 

11. Hart Van Glas This beastly Belgian Blond ale won a 2nd place ribbon in Belgian beer at the 2023 PA Farm Show. It is brewed with German two-row barley and clear Belgian candi syrup. An intense maltiness is balanced against the hop bitterness of Saaz and Chinook.   7.9% ABV

12. Dark Stout Of The Moon – A sweet, thick, and moderately bitter American Stout brewed with chocolate malt, roasted barley, flaked oats, American two-row, various caramel malts, and lactose. Hopped with Chinook and Pacifica.   9.1% ABV
