We handcraft our beers at our Downtown Lancaster, Lebanon and Lemoyne breweries in the tradition that we’ve been making sandwiches since 1983. We strive to brew great-tasting beers consistently, using the best ingredients!
1. Hartman’s Heroes – Our tenth batch of our German Pilsner sadly coincides with “Hartman” saying goodbye to Isaac’s after an impressive 30 year tenure. This special batch is unfiltered and features a different hop profile consisting of Fuggle, Calista, & Chinook hops. Have a pint & offer 3 cheers: Cheers to a colleague, a veteran, and to a friend! 5.0% ABV
2. Big Flocker – The eighth batch of our popular dry-hopped double IPA; Renamed. This juicy and dry strong India Pale Ale is brewed with two-row American barley and hopped with Azacca, Cascade, and Zamba. 9.2% ABV 12 oz. pour
3. The Hoptimist – Our new hazy IPA, brewed with white wheat flaked & malted oats, American two-row and lactose. Heavily dry-hopped with Amarillo, Citra, and French Barbe-Rouge hops. Dry-hopped with Amarillo and Citra at different points of the fermentation process. 7.2% ABV
4. Don’t Be Jaded – Dry-finishing West Coast style pale ale with notes of citrus. Brewed with American two-row barley and crystal malts; hopped with New Zealand Pacifica and Pacific Jade. 6.3% ABV
5. Itty Bitty Ditty – With a deep golden color and slight haze and notes of pine and navel orange, this itty bitty IPA packs a punch! No matter your IPA style you’ll love this crushable session! Hopped with Bravo & El Dorado, plus an extra dryhop of Bravo. 5.3% ABV
6. Red Wit-Zard – Our Belgian style witbier aged on sweet cherries. A hazy red brew crafted from Belgian wheat malt, flaked wheat and American two-row. Lightly hopped with Pacifica and Amarillo. 4.9% ABV
7. Bohemian Hop-Sody – Don’t be a scaramouche! Try this Czech Premium Lager- a golden lager with malty pilsner base but crisp finish. Hopped with Saaz and Challenger hops. 6.8% ABV
8. Red Rose City Sour – A lactobacillus kettle sour aged with cranberry and blood orange puree. Brewed with a small bed of Pilsen and wheat malt, this dry finishing sour is hopped with Mandarina Bavaria. 3.4% ABV
9. Hart Van Glas – This beastly blonde ale won a 2nd place ribbon in Belgian beer at the 2023 PA Farm Show. It is brewed with German two-row barley and clear Belgian candi syrup. An intense maltiness is balanced against the hop bitterness of Saaz and Chinook. 7.9% ABV
10. Nightmare On Springwood Drive – Come on down to Fast Freddy’s and get the beer of your dreams. Brewed with a combination of American two-row, Vienna, & Munich malt. Hopped with Saaz & Bavarian Mandarina for a little orange marmalade on the finish. 6.5% ABV 12 oz. pour
11. Knights Of The Rye Table – An old-world rye beer with complexity as Belgian esters and a malty backbone part to unleash a swirl of fruity and herbal notes on the palate and finishes with a light lingering spicy note. Brewed with rye, Pilsen, and specialty malts; and “hopped” with heather tips and a light touch of Challenger and Bavarian Mandarina hops. 5.9% ABV
12. Cheers To 40 Years – To celebrate the 40th anniversary of Isaac’s Restaurants, our brewers made a ruby red Belgian Quadruple aged on red currants. Brewed with Pilsner, Munich, Brumalt, and Belgian candi sugar, this beer is hopped with Bravo, Barbe Rouge, and Callista hops. 11.7% ABV 12 oz. pour
