2. Birdhaus - House pale ale brewed with American two-row barley. Several boil kettle and whirlpool hop additions of Idaho #7, Cascade and Citra, then finally a heaping dry hop of Citra. 4.7% ABV
3. Nicole's Nightingale - A balanced pale lager with restrained hoppiness. Brewed with pilsner malt, two-row barley and lightly hopped at different points with Hellerau Blanc. 4.6% ABV
4. Bird Lite - A highly crushable, low ABV light pilsner-style lager. Hopped with Czech Saaz for just a touch of hop bitterness. 3.7% ABV
5. Botanist Junior - A hazy session IPA brewed with two-row barley, flaked oats and white wheat malt. Fermented with English ale yeast, hopped and dry-hopped with Azacca, Nugget and Cascade. 4.7% ABV
6. Hart Van Glas - This Belgian Blond ale won a 2nd place ribbon in the Belgian beer category at the 2023 PA Farm Show. It is brewed with Pilsner malt and clear Belgian candi syrup. An intense maltiness is balanced against the hop bitterness of Saaz, Nugget and Chinook. 7% ABV
7. Dark Stout of the Moon - Perfect for a cold day, our Imperial Stout is brewed with chocolate and biscuit malt, roasted barley, flaked oats, and American two-row. Hopped with Azacca and Chinook. 8.3% ABV
8. Flamingo Del Sol - Corn or maize in the mash is what makes a Mexican-style lager, with ours having a ratio of about 25% flaked corn to barley as the base malt. Very lightly hopped with Azacca for a light citrus touch, this brilliantly golden lager is best enjoyed cold. 5% ABV
9. Tropical Wit-zard - Our Belgian style witbier aged on mango puree and lime juice. A hazy, deep orange brew crafted from Belgian wheat malt, flaked wheat and American two-row. Lightly hopped with Idaho #7 for additional tropical notes. 5% ABV
10. Red Wit-zard - Our Belgian style witbier aged on cranberry puree. A hazy red brew crafted from Belgian wheat malt, flaked wheat and American two-row. Lightly hopped with Idaho #7 for additional notes of citrus fruit. 5% ABV
11. Hoptimist - Our tropical and fruity hazy IPA is brewed with white wheat, malted oats, and American two-row. Hopped with Citra, Idaho #7, and Cascade, then dry-hopped with Citra at different points in the fermentation process. 6.8% ABV
12. McIlyar's Irish Red - Our malty Irish-style red ale is brewed with Maris Otter two-row barley from the United Kingdom, roasted barley and light biscuit malt. Lightly hopped with Nugget for a mild hop crispiness. Celebrate Saint Patrick’s Day with an approachable ABV. 4% ABV
