Garden Veggie with Potatoes

A gluten-free spin on an Isaac’s classic soup.  Seasoned broth with fresh zucchini, asparagus, mushrooms, green peppers, tomatoes, corn, onions and potatoes. Garnished with shaved Parmesan cheese.
