West York’s Draft List

We handcraft our beers at our Downtown Lancaster, Lebanon and Lemoyne breweries in the tradition that we’ve been making sandwiches since 1983.  We strive to brew great-tasting beers consistently, using the best ingredients!

1. Hartman’s HeroesOur German style pilsner gets its name from an old employee who worked for us for 30 years and who also happens to be a veteranDry on the finish and crystal clearHopped with Hallertau Blanc and Chinook.   5.1% ABV

2. Knights Of The Rye Table – An old-world rye beer with complexity as Belgiany esters and a malty backbone part to unleash a swirl of fruity and herbal notes on the palate and finishes with a light lingering spicy note. Brewed with rye, pilsen, and specialty malts; and “hopped” with heather tips and a light touch of Challenger and Bavarian Mandarina hops.   5.9% ABV

3. Tangerine Gleam A sour beer cultured by lactobacillus in the brew kettle. Brewed with wheat and pilsner malt and hopped with Mandarina Bavaria, then aged on tangerine puree.   5.1% ABV

4. Nightmare On Queen Street Come on down to Fast Freddy’s and get the beer of your dreams. Our malt-forward Marzen-style Oktoberfest lager is brewed with a combination of American two-row, crystal, Vienna and Munich malt. Lightly hopped with Saaz.   6.4% ABV

5. Trusted AmberClean and crisp with a restrained hop bite, this amber lager is brewed with Pilsner and Munich malt. Notes of biscuit and light toastiness. Hopped with Spalter Select and the classic, noble hop Saaz.   5.4% ABV

6. Flamingo Del Sol Corn or maize in the mash is what makes a Mexican-style lager, with ours having a ratio of about 25% flaked corn to barley as the base malt. Very lightly hopped with Azacca for a light citrus touch, this brilliant golden lager is best enjoyed cold, outside on a warm day – preferably on an Isaac’s patio5.0% ABV
