Mike Weaver, President and CEO
Mike has led organizations nearly his entire career. He served as President at Tabor, a non-profit to housing and financial service provider. He ran a precast concrete company and a masonry company then followed up with a start up in the waste to energy field. All these organization had one thing in common; they had great people, a rich history of values, and a bright future. That bright future typically required that the organization change how they served their customers and community. What Mike likes to talk about most is the present. He loves to see what the wonderful people at Isaac’s are doing and will do to continue building this wonderful organization.
Mike and his wife, Amy, have 3 children, Seth, Emily and Drew along with their dog, Alley. One thing you might not know about Mike is that he plays piano and can do one card trick really well! He also loves to cook for large groups. Mike’s favorite Isaac’s sandwich is the Rainbow Parrot.
Alan Jacobs, Sr. Manager of IT and Administration – Alan’s early years were spent in Kenya and Tanzania, but he has called Lancaster home since the age of 12. He’s been a member of the Isaac’s team since its inception. During the 34 year history of Isaac’s, Alan has worn many hats; everything from sandwich maker to carpenter. Today, he is the senior manager of information technology department. Alan’s favorite Isaac’s sandwich is the Hummingbird (but he likes to add lettuce and onions).
Jessica Snyder, Sr. Manager of People – Jes has worked for Isaac’s since 1992 (when she was a Junior in High School). She’s had an ideal career path with Isaac’s, starting as a deli worker than becoming a Kitchen Manager, Assistant Manager, Assistant General Manager, General Manager, Regional Manager and then in 2008 becoming a Senior Manager. As the Senior Manager of People, she uses her PHR (Professional in Human Resources) certification from the HR Certification Institute to head the HR Department of Isaac’s. She also has her SHRM Certified Professional designation from the Society of Human Resource Management.
The things she enjoys the most about working for Isaac’s are the opportunities she has to interact with employees and managers, as well as the food! Jes resides in Marietta, PA, with her husband and two children. Jes’ favorite Isaac’s sandwich is the Bird of Paradise.
Dorrie Courogen, Senior Manager of Restaurants – Dorrie spends most of her days at Isaac’s locations all around the company doing inspections, problem-solving and helping our general managers. Dorrie has worked at several Isaac’s locations since she started with the company back in 2000. When she’s not running from restaurant to restaurant, you’ll find her in Camp Hill where she resides with her husband, Chris. They’re empty nesters now that their three daughters are off in far-flung places like London, New York and Pittsburgh.
She loves spending time with her family and bluegrass music…and her favorite Isaac’s sandwich, which is the Magpie.
Johnny Roberts, Marketing Coordinator – Johnny Roberts is Isaac’s Marketing Coordinator, helping all 18 locations in their marketing endeavors. He’s been in the restaurant business since he was 16 years old. He left an advertising firm in the 90s to merge his love of restaurants and marketing when he started at Isaac’s in 2000. He and his husband, Richard, live out in the countryside in western Lancaster County where they garden, bake and spend as much time as possible with their 2 standard poodles.
Debra Miller, Community Care & Customer Happiness Coordinator – From overseeing our Community Night Fundraising program (which has raised over $1 Million since 2006) to making upset customers fans of Isaac’s again to assisting the President of Isaac’s, Debra’s day is always a whirlwind of activity! In addition, she heads up our annual United Way Campaign and C.R.A.V.E. Program that creates opportunities for employees to volunteer with local non-profit organizations. Having lived in Japan for 17 years with missionary parents, Debra believes that happiness and fulfillment comes from serving others. She puts in an incredible amount of hours volunteering in the community and at Linden Hall for Girls.
Debra resides in Lititz with her husband, Tyrone, and daughter, Anya. She also has three sons (Zack, Julian and Zarek) and three grandchildren (Brayden, Landon and Stella). Her son, Zarek is a professional soccer player currently playing in MLS.
