Downtown Lancaster’s Draft List

We handcraft our beers at our Downtown Lancaster, Lemoyne & Lebanon breweries in the tradition that we’ve been making sandwiches since 1983.  We strive to brew great-tasting beers consistently, using the best ingredients!

1. Hartman’s HeroesOur German Pilsner gets its name from one of our favorite employees who was with us for 30 years and a veteran! Impressive…and so is this beer! Hopped with Chinook and Hallertau Blanc. Have a pint and offer 3 cheers: Cheers to a colleague, Cheers to a veteran, and Cheers to a friend.   5.2% ABV

5. CountyWide #6 – Collaboration brew with the different breweries in the Lancaster County Brewers Guild. This farmhouse honey saison comes off dry despite its hazy unfiltered appearance. Reasonable yet slightly restrained esters come through with slight earthy funk. Hints of the honey which fermented out, as well6.0% ABV

8. Uncle Johnny’s Vanilla Cinnamon PorterOur marketing director’s special recipe has its origins at Moo Duck Brewery, our friends in Elizabethtown. Hopped exclusively with Fuggle, this brew is then aged on fresh cinnamon sticks and Madagascar vanilla beans.   6.8% ABV

A hazy purple brew crafted from Belgian wheat malt, flaked wheat, and American two-row. Lightly hopped with Pacifica and Amarillo.   5.2% ABV

10. Hart Van Glas – This beastly Belgian Blond ale won a 2nd place ribbon in Belgian beer at the 2023 PA Farm Show. It is brewed with German two-row barley and clear Belgian candi syrup. An intense maltiness is balanced against the hop bitterness of Saaz and Chinook.  7.9% ABV
