Lititz’s Draft List

We handcraft our beers at our Downtown Lancaster, Lebanon and Lemoyne breweries in the tradition that we’ve been making sandwiches for the past 40 years.  We strive to brew great-tasting beers consistently, using the best ingredients!

1. Hartman’s HeroesOur German pilsner named after an old employee who worked for us for 30 years and who happens to be a veteran. Hopped with Chinook and Hallertau Blanc. Have a pint and offer 3 cheers: Cheers to a colleague, Cheers to a veteran, and Cheers to a friend.   4.9% ABV

2. Big Flocker – The eighth batch of our popular dry-hopped double IPA. This juicy & dry strong, India pale ale is brewed with American two-row barley and hopped with Azacca, Cascade, and Zamba.   9.6% ABV 12 oz. pour

3. Tangerine Gleam Our sour beer cultured by lactobacillus in the brew kettle. Brewed with wheat and pilsner malt and hopped with Mandarina Bavaria, then aged on tangerine puree.   5.1% ABV

4. Flamingo Del Sol – Corn or maize in the mash is what makes a Mexican-style lager, with ours having a ratio of about 25% flaked corn to barley as the base malt. Very lightly hopped with Azacca for a light citrus touch, this brilliant golden lager is best enjoyed cold, outside on a warm day – preferably on an Isaac’s patio.   5.0% ABV

5. Knights of the Rye TableAn old-world rye beer with complexity as Belgiany esters and a malty backbone part to unleash a swirl of fruity and herbal notes on the palate and finishes with a light lingering spicy note. Brewed with rye, pilsen, and specialty malts; and “hopped” with heather tips and a light touch of Challenger and Bavarian Mandarina hops.   5.9% ABV

6. Purple Witzard Oola La Our signature witbier with a twist – this batch has also been aged not only on blueberries, but with acai berry sorbet from our friends at Oola Bowls. A hazy purple brew crafted from Belgian wheat malt, flaked wheat and American two-row. Lightly hopped with Pacifica and Amarillo5.3% ABV
