Event 5 – 30 Minutes of Cardio

Purpose:  To encourage regular physical activity.
What You Have To Do:  Participant must do 30 minutes, 5x per week of Cardio exercise.  Cardiovascular exercise is any activity that increases heart rate and respiration while using large muscle groups repetitively and rhythmically.  Among the most popular and enduring of the high-impact cardio activities are jogging and running but it also includes jumping rope, high-impact aerobic dance as well as certain types of advanced strength training.  This is a self-monitored event.
Dates of Event: This event runs 2/20 – 3/19 (4 Weeks).
Enrollment Form: Waiver signed and faxed to office by Friday, February 13th. Click “HERE” for waiver.
Final Form: “30 Minutes of Cardio” form must be faxed to CO by Friday, March 24th. Click “HERE” to get form.
